Richard L. Armstrong

Richard L. Armstrong is the principal of our Texas law firm and lead attorney amongst our Plano lawyers. In 1980 he received his law degree from the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Prior to that he earned his BBA from Arizona State University in 1975.

Mr. Armstrong is admitted to practice before the Texas and U.S. Supreme Courts, U.S. District Court, Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has also practiced before the California bar in two large class action matters. During his law career, Mr. Armstrong has served as President of the Plano Bar Association and Director and Continuing Legal Education Chair of the Collin County Bar Association, has written several published law articles, and is frequently asked to speak to groups of lawyers and judges. He is an avid speaker regarding legal issues.

Roy Reeves

The firm’s Of Counsel, Roy Reeves, is a graduate of Baylor Law School (2000) and a veteran  of the U.S. Marines. He received his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1997. Following a brief stint in private practice, Mr. Reeves joined the firm of DeHay and Elliston, LLP in Dallas, Texas, where he worked on complex litigation cases involving premises liability, product defects and toxic torts before resuming private practice.
